About Spacehance
Spacehance designs and builds interiors. On most projects the designer, the contractor, the joiner and the lighting supplier are four different companies. We do all four, so decisions are made in one place and nothing falls between teams. The furniture is made in our own workshop.

Process
How a project runs
01
Brief and site visit
We visit the site, listen to what you need and agree the scope, budget and dates in writing.
02
Design and quote
You receive layouts, 3D images, a material board and an itemised quote. We revise until you approve.
03
Build
Our site team builds the project. Each week you get a report with photos and a cost update.
04
Handover
We walk through the finished space with you, close out any snags and hand over drawings and documents.
